Traintaxi or bus 25 direction hospital, Kooimeer-Overdie. Get off at busstop Kennemerstraatweg-Metiusgracht. Walk back (towards the water). The road bends to the left. Follow the road, you will walk into the Varnebroek.
Walking (± 15 min)
Leaving the station cross the street. Turn right, you are at the ´stationsweg´. Walk to the end of the street. At the stoplights cross the street at the zebra crossing. Turn left. Bend with the road to the right. On your left hand side you pass a small roundabout. Keep going straight untill you reach the Varnebroek. It is a sidestreet on your right hand side in a wide corner that bends to the left. On the way you pass a church on your right hand side and you see a windmill on your left hand side. On your left hand side is water. It is called ´the Singel´. The road you walk on after you passed the roundabout is called the ´Geestersingel/Kennemersingel´.
